How It Works
Tiger's Eye connects with the Crown Chakra, facilitating spiritual awakening, divine connection, and access to higher consciousness and universal wisdom.
Meditation Practice
Find a quiet space and sit comfortably. Place Tiger's Eye on or near your top of the head. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Visualize violet light radiating from the crystal into your Crown Chakra. With each breath, feel the chakra opening and balancing. Hold this visualization for 10-15 minutes. When complete, thank the crystal and slowly return your awareness to the room.
Crystal Placement
For daily chakra work, place Tiger's Eye directly on the top of the head while lying down. You can also wear it as jewelry near the chakra, carry it in a pocket on that side of your body, or place it under your pillow for overnight healing. For space clearing, position the crystal in the area of your home that corresponds to spiritual connection, divine wisdom.
