How It Works
Fluorite opens and heals the Heart Chakra, promoting unconditional love, compassion, and emotional balance. It helps release old hurts and welcome new love and connection.
Meditation Practice
Find a quiet space and sit comfortably. Place Fluorite on or near your center of chest. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Visualize green light radiating from the crystal into your Heart Chakra. With each breath, feel the chakra opening and balancing. Hold this visualization for 10-15 minutes. When complete, thank the crystal and slowly return your awareness to the room.
Crystal Placement
For daily chakra work, place Fluorite directly on the center of chest while lying down. You can also wear it as jewelry near the chakra, carry it in a pocket on that side of your body, or place it under your pillow for overnight healing. For space clearing, position the crystal in the area of your home that corresponds to love, compassion, healing.
