Find a quiet space and sit comfortably. Place Amazonite on or near your upper abdomen. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Visualize yellow light radiating from the crystal into your Solar Plexus Chakra. With each breath, feel the chakra opening and balancing. Hold this visualization for 10-15 minutes. When complete, thank the crystal and slowly return your awareness to the room.

For daily chakra work, place Amazonite directly on the upper abdomen while lying down.
