Ritual Instructions

  1. Begin by greeting Ogum: "Ogunhê!"
  2. Prepare a clean space and place rosemary in a white or dark blue cloth
  3. Light incense or the herb itself (if safe to burn) and allow the smoke to cleanse the space
  4. State your intention clearly, asking for Ogum's guidance in matters of war
  5. Thank Ogum for their presence and leave the offering for 7 hours or days
